Physical Science Students

In the last couple weeks of school before winter break, students in Ms. Nitchman’s Physical Science classes learned about how items made out of polymers can negatively interact with the environment when they are disposed of improperly.

Students engaged with this topic using an educational program called ‘blended learning.’ This style of learning combines online digital media with traditional classroom methods. Ms. Nitchman’s students chose different ways to demonstrate their learning, which included PowerPoint presentations, posters, comic strips or short videos.

In the photos above, student Malcolm Dewalt displays his PowerPoint, while students, K’hari Lancelin and Chloe Shaw present their posters.

Well done to all of Ms. Nitchman’s Physical Science students!!
