 December 15 Diploma Google form due to Counseling (the legal name on your diploma).
 January 31 Senior Pictures are due to the Yearbook. Email to:
 March 31 All Senior ads due to the Yearbook.
 March 15 2nd Senior Meeting (During WICOR 9:45-10:15)
 April 24 Distribution of Cap & Gowns, and Announcements at lunch.
 April 27 Prom @ Gold Mountain  – 8:00-11:00 p.m.
 May 1 Report Scholarships to Ms. Patti in the Counseling office (
 May 29 Senior Awards Night, 6:00 p.m.  Invitation Only.

Baccalaureate- June 9th at 3:00pm, at Gracepoint Church

All Senior parents and students are welcome to join our planning team. The next meeting will be held on Monday, May 20th at 5:30pm at Gracepoint Church on Hwy 303. Your thoughts and ideas are welcome. This is not a huge time commitment, but your participation will make a big difference. Baccalaureate is an open, non-denominational, inspirational service for all graduating seniors. This service is a parent sponsored event and has been an ongoing tradition for OHS graduates.  We will also be needing finger food donations for after the ceremony.   If you have questions, would like to donate, or can’t make the meeting but want to involved please email Kristina Weisgerber at  

Seniors: We’re looking for artists, musicians, vocalists, student speakers and/or any student who wants to have a say in this year’s Baccalaureate.  If you would like to participate please email Kristina Weisgerber at with your name and how you would like to participate.  Please plan on joining our next meeting on May 20th at 5:30pm at Gracepoint Church.

Seniors: We will have tables set up for you to display your awards, accomplishments, pictures, etc.  Plan on arriving around 2:15 pm to set your display.

 June 10 & 11 Senior Finals

Senior Checkout-Required. 7:30am-4pm. Required to participate in Commencement Rehearsal & Ceremony.

  • Senior Checkout Forms will be distributed from 1st period teachers. Students must have all teachers & designated school staff sign Checkout form during school day and after school & have ALL fines paid.
  • Final Checkout begins after school at 2:35–4:00 pm in the Agora with Counselors, Cashier & Library. Library available all day 7:30-3:30; Counselors available 2:35-3:30; Cashier open until 4pm. No early check-out allowed.
    • Running Start & West Sound Tech students: get Checkout form from Cashier upon arrival to school and complete Checkout between 2:35–4:00 pm OR next day 6/14, 6:30am-7:15am with the Cashier.<
  • Seniors must also complete the ‘Senior Exit Survey’ & get required Counselor signature, which includes information about requesting Final Transcripts. (Google form open in Spring).

Senior Breakfast 7:00 am-7:40 am
Required Commencement Practice & Dress Rehearsal- (7:30am–12:00pm) at the President’s Hall & Pavilion. 

  • Commencement Practice, Class group Photo in cap and gown, and Graduation tickets - 10 per graduate - distributed (after rehearsal)

Senior BBQ Lunch - following rehearsal

 Friday, June 14 Commencement 7:00 p.m. @ Pavilion  Seniors need to meet in the President’s Hall at 6:00 p.m.
Each graduate will receive 10 tickets to graduation.
 June 18- 29 Diplomas available for pick-up for OHS students 6/18-27 in Counseling Office. Grads must pick up diploma in person. Running Start students-available June 26th (for those enrolled in required courses Spring Qtr).
