Free Cardiac Screening for High School Student-Athletes
Central Kitsap High School
Saturday, November 7, 2026 from 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
This proactive screening is designed to help identify potential heart conditions that may otherwise go undetected. Sudden cardiac issues in young people are rare, but early detection can be an important part of protecting the health and safety of our student-athletes. The EKG screening is simple, non-invasive, and takes approximately 20 minutes.
How to Participate
- Register in Final Forms
Under Join Extracurricular Fall Activities, select “CKSD Cardiac Screening” - Complete the Waiver
Required for both parent and student - Complete the Health History Form
- Print and bring completed forms with you on screening day
Arrive any time between 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
